At Funky Jazzy, we want you to love every item you purchase. If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Email Us for Returns To initiate a return, please send us an email at the funkyjazzy@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized, sale, or final sale items.

Return Process Once we receive your return request via email, we'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
